Nonprofit Charity - Member or Non-Member
The Coeur d’Alene Eagles reduce its rates to Nonprofit Charities. To receive the discount you must present a document showing your 501-C non-profit status. The rate for the ballroom & lounge is below. Renter must still pay for damage & cleaning deposit. Renter must also pay for bartenders if need. Renter must request bar service.

A refundable damage deposit is required for all Ballroom or Lounge rentals. If any damage is found it will be deducted from the deposit.

Rental Information
Included in the cost to rent the Ballroom or the Lounge is 1 bartender and room cleaning fee. If your event is larger than 120 people an additional bartender will be required at an additional rate of $150.00. Please notify the rental coordinator of your anticipated event size so a second bartender can be scheduled. The renter is responsible for the removal of all brought-in decorations. Contact the rental coordinator for available times to decorate the room prior to your event. All renters are required to give an explanation of the event to the rental coordinator. We reserve the right to not rent our facilities. We also reserve the right to revoke a rental if we find a renter was not truthful or not forthcoming with the nature of their event. If an event is canceled by the Eagles we will refund the renters fees, minus any costs the Coeur d’Alene Eagles had for the event.
Note: The Coeur d’Alene Eagles is a Non-Partisan organization and we believe in equality, because of this we don’t rent to a political rally or any other political event that promotes a political party or candidate.
Room Donation
The Coeur d’Alene Eagles will donate the costs of the ballroom back to non-profit organizations, but the renter is required to attend an Aerie Meeting (Second & Fourth Wednesday of the month @ 7:00pm) and request the donation. The renter must be a 501-c and must provide documentation. They will present their event and request a donation. This is not a guarantee and requires a majority vote of the Aerie Membership to donate the cost of the rental. If approved the renter is still required to pay the rental fee, sign a contract, pay $75.00 for each bartender, and the damage deposit. The Aerie will then make a donation back to the organization to help cover the costs of the rental. The amount of the donation will be determined by the Aerie.
