Our picturesque Sherman Ave. building is located in the heart of historic downtown Coeur d’Alene just steps away from over 100 boutiques and restaurants, while our expansive Pavilion provides a peaceful private space less than 2 miles from downtown.
These event spaces generate funds for maintaining our Aerie and donations for the non-profit organizations. We feel that rental of our spaces helps us support our local community. Your rental benefits Coeur d’Alene and the surrounding communities. We ask that you treat our spaces with respect.
